When not making home ownership dreams come true for our clients, we can be found fly fishing the nearby rivers, hiking the gorgeous mountains, spending time with our four children and out on our fishing boat exploring the many nearby Islands!

Nathan King

Nathan King has been serving the 4 C’s – Courtenay, Comox, Cumberland and Campbell River – as a realtor since 2017. Prior to that, Nathan served in the Canadian Armed Forces for over 18 years, which allowed him to see much of this beautiful country. He then served as an Air Force Search & Rescue Technician, extending his broad skill set and strong standard of professionalism. He is no stranger to challenges, and uses that experience to ensure successful transactions, every time.

Nathan was born and raised in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and credits his love of the ocean and cities with a small town feel to his childhood there. He now resides in Courtenay, with his wife, and King Group partner Kimberly, and their four children. As a passionate  outdoorsman, representing clients Island wide has been a dream come true.

Nathan is a man of service and integrity. He is honest and puts 100% into all he does. This means his clients can expect an impeccable level of service whether they are buying, selling or investing.

Teaming up with his wife, Kimberly, to form the King Group feels like a natural progression. They perfectly balance each other, drawing on one another’s strengths to a create a dynamic duo with a shared goal of making your real estate transactions seamless, successful and stress free.

When not focused on his clients’ goals, Nathan can be found volunteering with the Comox Valley Minor Hockey Association as a coach and positive role model for the next generation. Nathan feels privileged to dedicate his time to equip young athletes with the tools to achieve their potential on and off the ice. As an avid fisherman, a full day fly fishing on the river is his happy place. The energetic diversity of the Comox Valley allows for Nathan and his family to mountain bike, hike, ski, and get out on the ocean as often as possible.

Kimberly King

Representing Vancouver Island North homeowners and those to come, Kimberly is committed to listening to her clients’ needs. With an extensive background in business & finance, Kimberly uses her keen negotiation skills to ensure a successful transaction, every time. She feels deeply honoured to have the opportunity to serve each and every one of her clients.

A lifelong Vancouver Island resident, Kimberly relocated to the Valley in 2014, where she now resides with her husband and King Group partner, Nathan, and their four children. She understands all of the amazing benefits to living in the Comox Valley. With the beaches, trails, mountains, and ocean, this area truly can’t be beat.

Kim is kind-hearted, caring, empathetic, and genuinely believes clients are family. Purchasing Real Estate is a milestone event in life and her sole goal is to make that transaction seamless, successful and stress free. She understands that your property is more than just where you reside, it’s a part of you…a place where memories are made. She loves nothing more than getting to know her clients, their stories, and their dreams to find that perfect fit and place to call home.

Prior to joining her husband in the real estate sector, Kimberly was the Director of Finance for numerous automotive groups in the area. Working in a high pace and high pressure environment has prepared her to easily overcome objections and understand the value of building strong, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues alike; all key assets as she transitions to the wonderful world of Real Estate.

When not assisting her amazing clients with their real estate dreams, Kimberly will most likely be found enjoying the great outdoors. Recently new to the boating world, she and her family spend their time exploring the surrounding Islands, boat camping in Desolation Sound, fishing and taking in the sensational local wildlife. Fly fishing the beautiful rivers of Vancouver Island, mountain biking, hiking, and skiing are all places she and her family can also be found.
